#1 - Favorite Resort for Snorkeling | Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa | Moorea | Tahiti |
Comments: The snorkeling at Hilton Moorea is some of the best we have ever experienced. The lagoon directly around your bungalow is filled with amazing coral and offers incredible snorkeling all just steps from your bungalow. The fish and sea life are alive with the most spectacular colors you have ever seen! Being able to snorkel right off your bungalow is the one of the best parts of visiting French Polynesia. You feel such seclusion because you have everything right at your room. If you have never experienced French Polynesia, this is something you have to do! #2 - Favorite Resort for Snorkeling | Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay | Lanai | Hawaii |
Comments: Just steps from the Four Seasons Manele Bay, Hulopo'e Bay provides an outstanding snorkeling environment that includes many brightly colored fish, beautiful coral and the occasional Hawaiian Sea Turtle. Swimming with the turtles is a remarkable experience and really gives you a feeling of being one with nature. The resort provides free snorkeling equipment so you don't have to pack your own, which is very convenient. The best part of my snorkeling adventures was swimming back to shore; suddenly I was surrounded by at least 50 spinner dolphins. I was so fortunate to get a chance to swim with the dolphins as they are not always in the bay. The beach attendants say sometimes they are there for days in a row, other times they aren't around for many days. You can't count on them, but I would suggest you always check to see if the dolphins are in the bay. If they are, you may get the experience of a lifetime.

#7 - Favorite Resort for Snorkeling | Turks and Caicos Club | Turks and Caicos | Caribbean |
Comments: There is an excellent snorkeling reef just 100 yards up the beach from Turks and Caicos Club. There was an awesome array of fish and coral and I also saw several turtles, so overall the experience was great. I also snorkeled further down to the west off the point you can see from the resort. It was a hike ... about a mile and a half and the snorkeling was ok. If you are like me and you don't mind a walk and like to try different snorkeling spots, give it a try. But the snorkeling close to the hotel was much better, so be sure to try the reef in front of the resort first! Turks and Caicos Club provides snorkeling equipment, which was very convenient. Having snorkeling so close to the resort is an awesome benefit for us. While we like to get out amongst nature, we don't like having to devote an entire day to the process. At the Turks and Caicos Club, great snorkeling is just a few steps away!
